Job Description
Seeking an adept individual to oversee multiple condominium and homeowner's associations in King of Prussia, PA. Previous experience in community management, specifically Condominium, is preferred; other relevant skills will also be taken into consideration. The Portfolio Manager will provide management, direction, and support to ensure alignment of the properties in the portfolio with the goals of each association and CAMCO.
This position necessitates proficiency in property management, project management, time management, and customer service. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, and efficient handling of emergencies are required. Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to questions and comments while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence.
- Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully. Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise.
- Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client. Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets.
- Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time. Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable.
- Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance.
Qualifications
- The preferred candidate should have experience in condominium or homeowner association management.
- Previous experience in community management, especially in Condominiums, is highly valued for this role.
- Additional skills relevant to condominium management will also be considered for the Portfolio Manager position.
- Ideal candidates for this role should possess strong abilities in property management, project management, time management, and customer service.
