Portfolio Property Manager

Taylor Management is looking for a skilled and experienced Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a selection of properties within our diverse portfolio in Bergen County. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management, operation, and financial performance of multiple residential communities, ensuring a high standard of service and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including budgeting, leasing, and maintenance
• Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize operational costs
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Develop strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and the Board of Directors
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in property management, with a strong focus on residential properties
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively
