Who We Need

We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Portfolio Manager

What We’re Looking For

• PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager), CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations, or CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation preferred
• Solid understanding of property operations and budget/financial management
• Superb customer service skills
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with clients, all levels of management, vendors, and tenants/unit owners
• Be a highly motivated service-oriented self-starter
• Superior communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis
• Strong leadership, supervisory and training skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Works with a sense of urgency
• Ability to network and assist with marketing efforts
• Strong knowledge of industry software systems
