Job Description
A Portfolio Condominium Association Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of assignedcondominium associations. The Portfolio Condominium Association Manager interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as branch operations team.
*** Condominium Association experience is required ***
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Manage multiple condo associations in Frederick County, totaling 500+ units
- Respond to homeowners, committee members, and BOD requests
- Walk and inspect properties to ensure the properties are well maintained and HOA guidelines are adhered
- Assist subcontractors and vendors with maintenance projects across multiple properties
- Manage all administrative tasks; assemble board packages and attend board meetings
- Assist with reserve study and make recommendations to the board
- Review and manage budget and expenditures
- Assist with on-call and respond to emergencies
- Maintain a high level of customer service to homeowners, residents and BOD
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing condominium association is required
- Service oriented relationship builder with strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Proactive and self-directed team player who has excellent time management skills and is effective at prioritizing tasks
- Knowledgeable of community life; property, real estate and homeowners associations; working with an Association and Board of Directors
- Proficient on conflict resolution techniques
- Well versed in MS Office Suite
