Job Description

Action Property Management, an established and growing homeowners' association management company with a goal of attracting, retaining and developing the best talent, is seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Manager to join our Portfolio Team. This position is a hybrid role based out of the San Diego Regional Office.

 

Compensation: up to $78k depending on experience. Monthly auto allowance and monthly cell phone reimbursement provided.

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, business hours plus availability for evening meetings.

Job Description:

 

Portfolio Community Managers generally manage 4 to 7 communities and are provided dedicated support from key departments. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3 - 5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
  • Must be available for evening Board Meetings
  • CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
