What You’ll Do

You know what you’ll do! As a LCAM, you will work under the direction of the association board and you’re accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of your communities. Governing documents, state law and our management agreement with the association will guide what you do for the community and how you do it. Achieve targeted service and financial levels. Help maintain property values by keeping the community beautiful. Create social opportunities that help people love their community. Supervise, train and mentor team members and help educate them on our growing industry!

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership and support to team members
  • Communications between developer, homeowners and corporate office
  • Monitoring facilities and maintenance
  • Vendor and project management
  • Ensure associations are in compliance and conduct Board meetings
  • Prepare annual budgets in conjunction with the finance team
  • Handle escalated disputes
Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager OR 1 year portfolio experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of state laws governing the operation of community associations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with developers, boards, homeowners, vendors and teammates
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective verbal, written and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of Caliber software is a plus
