Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid (onsite/remote) role located in St Cloud, FL for a Portfolio Community Association Manager. The Portfolio Community Association Manager will be responsible for managing multiple communities, facilitating communication between the association and the board, and providing support to residents. Daily responsibilities include monitoring community budgets, community inspections, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with governing documents.
Qualifications
- CAM lincese required
- Previous experience with portfolio community management preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
