Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of pool, fitness center, restrooms, common areas and curb appeal, light maintenance tasks (painting, landscaping, pressure washing, buffs floors, shampoos carpets, disinfects surfaces as well as other related janitorial duties. etc.) and providing exceptional customer service to homeowners.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of pool and spa.
• Janitorial duties (wipe down fitness equipment, high touch surfaces, restrooms and maintain curb appeal of designated property and cleanliness of common areas, pull weeds, empty trash receptacles, clean patio furniture, deck, windows, etc.).
• Complete daily checklist of cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Partner with onsite staff to complete work orders as assigned.
• Partner with vendors as needed to complete projects onsite.
• Setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, etc.
• Monitor and replenish dispensers throughout the facility as needed.
• Monitor inventory control.
• Other related duties as directed.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; stand; walk; and move or transport oneself around the building and property for moderate to extended periods of time. The employee must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
