Position Summary:

Provides exceptional customer service to homeowners through various duties, including meeting/greeting, maintaining general upkeep of common areas, assisting with parcels, parking, general hospitality tasks and other duties as required.

Position Daily Responsibilities

Resident Services

• Stationed at the Concierge desk area, reachable by cell phone/radio.
• Front desk coverage as needed, including phones and access for guests.
• Opening doors for all residents and guests.
• Bring mail or deliveries for residents (upon request).
• Room inspections after usage.
• Elevator inspection each day & after move ins/outs & construction use.
• Common area inspection each day & report any damage.
• Escort vendors to units.
• Other related duties as directed.

Building Services

• Light maintenance duties (changing light bulbs, HVAC filters, etc.).
• Take all trash to bins daily.
• Take all recycle materials to bins daily.
• Cart runs each afternoon.
• Elevator pad & carpet installation and removal.
• Water plants in pots near pool.
• Sweep/mop/blow pool area daily.
• Arrange pool furniture/wipe down daily.
• Empty trash cans in office area each day.
• Dog run clean up daily.
• Arrange social room furniture before & meetings.
• Replenish towels as needed
• Inspect restrooms and clean as needed.
• Other related duties as directed.

• Able to follow direction with minimal supervision and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional customer service/hospitality skills.
• Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Works indoors and outdoors.
• Requires physical ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, squat and bend.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, in crowded areas and in confined spaces.
• Ability to work on uneven surfaces, in hot, cold and wet conditions, climb and stand on ladders and scaffolding at heights of up to 50 feet.
• Able to handle various manual and power tools.
• May work independently or as part of a team.
