Job Description
Serves as Pools and Spas Maintenance Technician for the community association. Responsibilities include performing daily inspection and maintain waterchemistry as required by county code requirements and inspects equipment operation.Inventory pool chemical usage and order as needed. Maintain quality and clarity of water to the highest standard of the association so that residents and guests can enjoy.

Typical outside work environment (frequent standing, walking, lifting and/or operation powered equipment using proper safety techniques or tools).
Schedule:Thursday-Monday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform pool maintenance tasks at all facilities under theresponsibility of the Facilities Director.
- Perform maintenance and service of the pools and spas. Vacuum/sweep pools,brush walls, clean skimmer baskets, clean water line tile, clean handrails, back wash filters, check PH controllers& levels, and check pump baskets.
- Pool & Spa chemical levels recommended; oPool Chlorine level 2.0 to 4.0 pm
oTotal Alkalinity80 to 120 ppm
- Pool Technician responsibilities; Maintain inventory of pools & spas chemicals; inspectequipment GFI breakers, heaters, pumps, motors, seals, valves, under water lights, tile, handicap chair lift and complete repairs asrequired.
- Maintain parts inventory.
- Inspect pool salt systems daily.
- Drain and refill pools and spas as required.
- Maintain pool-vacuum in operating condition.
- Provides assistance with delivery of supplies, materials and equipment tovarious areas.
- Performspreventivemaintenanceschedulesandupdatelogbook.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 0-3 years of directly related or closely related experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- CPOC (certified pool operator certificate)
