Job Description

Pool Monitor Duties 

Specific duties are to monitor persons entering or leaving the pool area in an attempt to prevent trespassers. Monitor activities taking place in the pool area that violate the HOA pool rules and regulations. The Pool Monitor will act as a visible deterrence against theft and vandalism. The Pool Monitor will discourage unwanted behaviors in an attempt to prevent accidents and will assist residents and guests with any questions and/or concerns. Pool Monitor will report disturbances and incidents to the client.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Strong swimming ability and knowledge of water safety procedures.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical stamina to perform tasks such as cleaning and removing debris from the pool area.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
