Pool Facilitators (Part-Time/Seasonal) – Yavapai Hills (Prescott, AZ)

HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a bold, energetic, outgoing Part-Time Pool Facilitator for evenings and weekends in Yavapai Hills, Prescott.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm
• Holidays when the HOA office is closed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Cash handling experience
• Basic administrative skills
• Computer knowledge
  
  

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist residents with liability waivers, pool cards, and guest sign-ins
• Collect cash or check payments
• Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Ensure all pool guests follow the posted rules and regulations
• Document any issues with guests for office follow-up
• Ensure the pool is vacated at closing
• Arrange pool furniture for the next day
• Perform occasional office tasks as requested by the Community Manager
