Job Description

Multiple Recreational Pool Attendant openings at Bishop's Landing in Millville, DE.

Seasonal work May 20 - September 2.

Option to extend through September 20th.

20 hours a week.

Various shifts to include nights and weekends (10am-2pm; 2pm-6pm; 4pm-9pm).

Dress code: shorts, tennis shoes, flip flops and company issued shirt.

$15 an hour.

Daily responsibilities:

Meet and greet homeowners, residents and guests. 
Check-in pool passes and key fobs. 
Respond to questions. 
Monitor pool desks for safety. 
Arrange furniture and umbrellas on pool deck. 
Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of pool deck. 
Friendly remind guests of pool rules. 
Provide superior customer service. 
Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

High school diploma is required. 
1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience. 
Excellent communications skills, spoken and written. 
Excellent customer service skills. 
Punctual, on time, reliable, and dependable. 
Takes ownership, initiative, attention to detail, and a team player. 
Ability to work nights and weekends.
