Pool and Beach Attendants are enthusiastic individuals, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for residents and guests. The Attendant monitors the facilities and activities around the resort and takes the appropriate measures to ensure that our residents are having a great time!

What You’ll Accomplish
Assisting the Lifestyle Director in leading activities, games, crafts and special events throughout the community
Serving as reservation clerk for onsite amenities including kayaks, non-motorized watercraft, paddleboards, and toys
Facilitating the distribution of equipment and games
Organizing set up of pool chairs, loungers, and umbrellas
Tactfully enforcing association policies and procedures while providing the highest level of customer care
Doing laundry, folding pool towels and ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests
Preparing sites for upcoming reservations
Setting up and hosting weekly special activities
Resolving customer service concerns in a professional and positive manner
What We’re Looking For
Commitment to providing excellent customer service with experience in the aquatics, recreation or hospitality industry
Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
Effective communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed
Ability to attend meetings and community events as scheduled
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
