Job Description
The primary purpose of your job position is to perform repairs and maintenance to all plumbing fixtures and systems (to include toilets, faucets, fixtures, all piping and drain systems, water heaters, boosters, PRV units, softeners, boilers, and all other phases of plumbing systems). Perform routine maintenance and general repair on the community and equipment to include plumbing, patch & painting, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, ect. as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Four years or more experience in performing all aspects of Maintenance Plumbing.
One year of experience in general maintenance work, to include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
