Our player’s services staff should be our most enthusiastic and courteous employees as they are on the front line and often the first impression of our facility. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in golf operations/understanding basic terminology and functions. Strong customer service experience with the ability to easily problem solve. Physical requirements; 80% walking/standing/bending and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. Job Responsibilities Exposed to both indoor/outdoor conditions while performing the position's essential functions. Making reasonable accommodations to enable guests with disabilities golfing access. Strong communication skills both verbal and written processing forms/diagram forms. Greeting members and guests by providing proper presentation of golf carts in the staging area. Ensure den caddies are organized in their proper place. Overseeing; tee line straight – proper practice park set-up - tournament preparation. Maintaining carts, bags and equipment as needed.
