Responsibilities

RealManage, A National Community Association Management Company is searching for a Top Level - Commercial Lines Team Lead/Account Executive to join our Insurance Team! To handle large middle market book of business including professional, real estate, data input, service and marketing as well as supervise and train direct report Account Managers/Coordinators.

5+ years of Commercial Lines Real Estate Experience. P&C License required. MUST know EPIC. Outstanding verbal & written communication skills. Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy. Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to assist others at all times.

The P&C Team Lead is responsible for over seeing staff, supporting RealManage Insurance clients and additional Responsibilities include:

  • Prior Supervision of Office Staff
  • Staff Training and Compliance
  • Ensure Insurance Policy Information is Maintained in EPIC
  • Review Large Client Policies and applications to underwriters
  • Follow up on Quotes
  • Preparing the quote summaries and proposal documents
  • Monitor and respond to e-mails
  • Determine coverage needs
  • Miscellaneous
    • Other projects, responsibilities that may be assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Qualifications Training and Experience:
    • Current P&C Insurance License
    • Minimum 5 year insurance agency experience required
    • Knowledge of EPIC, Excel, Word and All other Microsoft Suite Products)
    • Prior Supervision of Team
    • Highly organized, self-motivated and the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to Speak in front of Groups
    • Detail-oriented
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
    • Industry Specific Certification a positive.

Pay and Benefits:

$125,000 to $170,000, depending on education and experience.

  • PLUS Up to $2500 sign on bonus available - based on experience
