Responsibilities

RealManage, A National Community Association Management Company is searching for a Top Level - Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Insurance Team! To handle a middle market book of business including professional, real estate, data input, service, marketing and certificates of Insurance.

The P&C Account Manager is responsible for supporting RealManage Insurance clients and additional Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain insurance policy information
  • Completing Applications
  • Send policies and applications to underwriters
  • Follow up on quotes
  • Preparing the quote summaries and proposal documents
  • Uploading documents
  • Preparing internal tasks
  • Issuing COI's
  • Monitor and respond to e-mails
  • Determine coverage needs
  • Gathering loss runs and statements of value for Renewals
  • Miscellaneous
    • Other projects, responsibilities that may be assigned by manager

That means that you need to be willing and able to do what is necessary to please your clients, whatever that may be. You should be comfortable and willing to pitch in and do whatever needs to be done.
  • Excellent organizational skills. We have established excellent, efficient systems to facilitate this work, but you need to have strong organizational skills and be attentive to detail to use the systems effectively.
  • The ability to work independently. Because this is a growing business, you need to be comfortable working alone or independently at times. We will provide training and set goals, provide the technology and systems for you to achieve those goals. You will be empowered to make decisions and will be held accountable for your decisions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance
  • Real Estate Experience.
  • P&C License required.
  • MUST know EPIC software.
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy.
  • Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to assist others at all times.

Pay and Benefits:

$65,000 to $95,000, depending on education and experience.
