Job Description
Taylor Management Company, an accredited and reputable full-service homeowner management company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Payroll Clerk to join our dedicated team in our Corporate Office. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate records of employee salary, benefits, and tax information. The successful candidate will be part of an organization that has provided top-notch management services tailored to each individual community for over 25 years.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Verify employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
- Answer payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees
- Assist with special payroll projects, as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in payroll administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent computer and math skills
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
