Job Responsibilities
FUNCTION: Greet and assist residents as much as possible. Assist Community Association Manager, Property Administrator and Lifestyle Director with the fulfillment of various responsibilities.
- Answer telephones
- Greet and assist residents
- Call residents with information
- Make the proximity cards for all residents and guests
- Maintain computer program for proximity system
- Inventory control and order supplies
- Copy all Agendas and related material for all meetings
- Assist Board members when needed for copying or projects
- Process correspondence, mailing and photocopying
- Maintain a current roster of residents (and renters/lessees)
- Have a record keeping system, maintain files for easy access
- Assist Community Association Manager, Property Administrator and on-site staff and residents as much as possible.
- Create and revise forms and letters.
- Additional duties as may be assigned.
- Assist resident with registration of Lifestyle activities/events/trips.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under stressful circumstances.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work ethic especially during classes and special events to ensure a safe environment.
