Part-Time Operations/Security

Our Company is seeking:

An experienced and highly motivated Security Rover for our Condominium in Hallandale Beach, FL (33009).

Schedule (24 Hours): Sat/Sun (7a-7p) or (7p-7a)

Responsibilities:

• Oversees a fluid arrival and departure process at front desk and main lobby (greeting residents and guests)
• Investigates communicates professionally in person any resident complaints or rule violations, documenting and creating the incident report
• Assist in covering Front Desk for short breaks as needed
• Responds to all emergencies onsite and is the first to communicate situation to General Manager and team
