Parking Monitor (PT) - Quailwood Community (Dewey, AZ)
Quailwood Community is looking for a Part-Time split shift 6 days per week parking monitor. Strong communication with our community manager/management team is required. Attention to detail is a must, we enjoy keeping an orderly community for our residents. This is a great position for someone looking for part-time work who has availability for the required work hours.
Job Shift Details
- Split shift 6 days/week – 2 hours (day) / 2 hours (night).
- Sunday is one 2 hour shift.
- Mileage reimbursement @ .40/mile.
Requirements
- Availability for the shifts noted under Job Details.
- Valid driver's license.
- Vehicle insurance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependability.
Starting rate is $16.50/Hourly with a 90-day review.
