Job Description
Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Manager to join our team at our luxury association, One Steuart Lane, located in San Francisco.
Compensation: Starting range of 85k + Comprehensive benefits package + Bonus
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm; Schedule may vary depending on operational needs.
Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be supporting and providing oversight of Front Desk staff, third party vendors, and will support the General Manager in the daily operations of the property. This position is the main liaison between the Front of House staff and residents. Must have exceptional people skills and abilities to deal gracefully with conflict. A positive attitude is a must and putting others first is a priority with a focus on excellent service to external and internal residents. The Front Desk Operations Manager is expected to possess working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies and procedures, as well as familiarity with the Association's amenities and surroundings in order to assist residents and their guests.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive 5 star service standards
- Manage association vendors
- Daily, weekly, monthly building zone walks of the site
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association rules and policies.
- Point of contact for escalated homeowner concerns and questions
- Support the General Manager with association daily operations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience preferably in hotel or luxury property management. We will consider individuals with leadership experience in fine dining or individuals with a luxury retail background
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor - Think 5 Star Hotel environment!
- Self-motivated, positive, and upbeat attitude
- Capable of successfully motivating and leading a team
- Superb customer service skills. We want an individual who is passionate about delivering 5 Star Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be proactive in service - NOT reactive.
