Job Description

Job Summary

The Operations Manager oversee their organization’s support staff and daily support operations, including customer service, accounting, and administrative support. The Operations Manager is focused on customer service for both internal and external clients. Daily operations is very task oriented, with metrics reporting available to review and strategize on trends, conditions, and obstacles.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and manage the accounting support team.
  • Monitor and manage the administrative support team.
  • Monitor and manage the customer service team.
  • Monitor and manage the onsite inspections team.
  • Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of operational support staff in accordance with company policies.
  • Report to the Branch Leader regarding challenges in processing, including client escalations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge and Education Requirements

  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of standard company policies, procedures and forms at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques and a team player.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 5-7 years of supervisor experience
