Our Operations Director is responsible for a wide variety of operational and administrative tasks to achieve a high level of service and deliver results for the collective goals and objectives for CCMC and the association.

What You’ll Accomplish

 

  • Coordinate the community publications; arranges articles and photographs, edits and proofreads, ensure timely delivery of electronic eNews and emails to the Community
  • Manage all content and activity for the Community website
  • Oversee website functionality, providing support and direction; coordinate with team in overseeing social media activity for the Community
  • Conduct a thorough review of assigned invoices to ensure accuracy prior to payment
  • Proactively manage the site to develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance the community and ensure the overall protection of all assets
  • Take notes and create meeting minutes summarizing key points of discussions
  • Provide support in developing operating budgets, reserve studies and proposals
  • Act as management Liaison to committees pertaining to the position

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, public administration or a related field
  • Project management skills with the ability to properly plan and execute project deliverables
  • Knowledge of maintenance routines and mechanical operations to assist with common area and clubhouse maintenance
  • Excellent people skills and proven ability to maintain working relationships with residents and volunteers
  • Strong speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on a variety of levels
  • Strong organizational, supervisory, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Computer skills in Windows environment, and with Canva, with the ability to learn and train others on VMS software
  • Math and Accounting, including budgeting
  • Able to work both indoors in an office environment and outdoors
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance
  • All potential employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check prior to employment
  • CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within 90 days of hire)

Compensation

 

This position is an exempt (salary) position. Range $48,000 - $50,000 annually.

 

About The Community

 

Coral Canyon is a beautiful Southern Utah community with approximately 1,300 homes. The community includes four pools, four pickle-ball courts, a tennis court, a splash pad, a conference room, a ramada, community events, classes and clubs. Not only is it a fantastic place to live, but it is a fabulous place to work. Creating a community is what we do: starting in the office and ending in the homes of each resident.
