Responsibilities
This onsite position is responsible to overseeing the front desk and monitoring the security cameras and tending to resident's needs.
Shifts are as follows; Saturday & Sunday - 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Purpose:
- Respectfully assists residents and visitors of Phoenix Towers including but not limited to:
- Answering the telephone
- Controlling access to the building
Qualifications:
- Ability to respect the confidentiality of office procedures as well as issues surrounding the Board of Directors and residents of Phoenix Towers
- Undergo an acceptable background check
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with unloading of grocery items, obtaining carts, provide information for homeowners and guests
- Monitor security camera screen and alarm systems
- Monitor access into the building and announce all guests to residents.
- Assist commercial vendors of residents, directing them to correct location of authorized access
- Maintain certified mail, key control, packages and other logs and records
- Record messages and deliver to office or place in resident’s mailbox
- Assist with the distribution of in-house mail and regular mail that does not fit in residents’ mailboxes
- Answer any incoming telephone calls and record messages as necessary
- Maintain the Front Desk Log recording all activities, actions, and incidents, as required by the General Manager.
- Collect Fees for Faxes, Copying, and Ice.
- Maintain the front desk area, including the seating area and mail room, in a neat and organized manner as per instructions from the General Manager
- Provide services ethically, honestly and without favoritism
- Dress code may require uniforms or continuity of apparel according to the Board of Directors instructions. Note: Uniforms, if required, will be provided by Phoenix Towers, however, maintenance of uniforms is the responsibility of the employee.

Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED required
- Previous customer related experience required
- Previous concierge experience preferred
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Pay and Benefits:
$14.75 to $15.75 hour based on education & experience
