Yosemite Lakes Park is a non-gated community in the Central California Sierra Mountain foothills located between Yosemite National Park and Fresno near the unincorporated town of Coarsegold. YLP covers about 21 square miles at elevations from 900 to 2,200 feet, naturally landscaped by oak tree, pine tree, and boulder landscapes, pristine views of snowcapped mountains and the broader views of the Central Valley. All homes are custom-built on 1 acre and larger home sites. There are 2,263 parcels with about 1,870 homes.
YLP is administered by an elected board of the Yosemite Lakes Owners Association (YLOA). Declaration of Restrictions (DOR) are not stringent as YLP caters to people who enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle and the community retains its character by individual pride in ownership.
Amenities include a 9-hole golf course with pro shop and coffee shop, riding/boarding stable, clubhouse with restaurant, lounge and library, swimming pool and tennis courts, a ball field, picnic areas, basketball court, volleyball court, tether ball, private security, storage facility, hiking/riding trails and fishing lakes. Merchants include a gas station and hardware store, sandwich shop, dental clinic and real estate brokerages. Responsibilities
Job Purpose : Onsite Server - Full Time/Weekends required - Bartending experience is a plus. Sets tables and serves residents and guest meals according to well established rules of etiquette and performs various incidental duties to furnish satisfactory service. Provides with friendly, courteous, knowledgeable obliging and attentive service in all areas, including the dining room, banquet areas, and etc. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate account of the transactions, collections, disbursements, daily reports, and computer system.
- May set tables, spreading clean linen if applicable, placing glasses, condiment holders, flowers, and silverware, etc.
- Receives residents and takes order. May involve seating guests, pulling chairs away from the table, distributes menus, answers questions about food, beverage, and the menu, and or makes suggestions about food, beverage and wine.
- Informs cooks of the about the orders, procuring items from stations, carry trays and serves the meals to the residents and guests. Serves the meals by placing the trays on a stand near the table being served, places dishes, by course, in front of each person, serving from the left of the patron, mat replenish water, butter, if needed.
- Remove soiled dishes, procures, and serves dessert.
- Provides check to residents and or guests when they have finished their meal, receive
- Monitor the preparation of food and beverage products, as per recipe standards, to ensure consistent quality, portion control and presentation.
- Provide menu suggestions to management.
- Participate in the set up and breakdown of items due to F&B activities.
- Complete opening and closing procedures as outlined in the F&B Manual.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B front of the house areas.
- All residents and guests are greeted with an immediate smile, eye contact and a verbal welcome. If applicable they are escorted to a table, chairs are pulled for ladies, menus presented – open ladies first, from left to right. Place settings are adjusted to the number of members and guests at each table. Monitor that a courteous server greets the table within three minutes, offers beverages and observes timing, correctness, quality and presentation of the order.
- Acknowledges residents and guests, politely thanks the members and guests upon departure.
- Monitor and or participate that tables are reset within 5 minutes.
- Conducts a physical inspection of the room and floor to ensure proper presentation.

Qualifications
- Three (3) years minimum experience as a server
- Reliable transportation
- Provide exceptional
- Always conduct business with the highest personal, professional, and ethical standards.
- Excellent people skills and proven ability to maintain working relationships with supervisors, peers, residents, and guests.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures.
- Lift up to 30lbs frequently
Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 45 Lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 10 lbs. constantly. Perform bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting
Pay = $16.50 hour + tips
