Seasonal Pool Monitor
- Provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Greet all homeowners and guests.
- Enforce pool/spa rules, policies, and regulations calmly, consistently, and effectively.
- Keep track of any unauthorized persons (non-use of fob, jumping fence, slipping in with other group) – ask for fob number, register fob time/date – then report by email to management
any who refuse to provide fob numbers. Contact law enforcement if necessary.
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures. This can include arranging pool furniture such as tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
- Test pool water chemistry on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday and maintain appropriate records.
- Report any potential issues to management, including about the property and about people.
- Alert management of any issues including damage/wear/need of replacement/items missing. Offer recommendations to improve the user experience, such as by proposing revisions to
rules.
- Monitor Ranch House and patio areas for unauthorized parties/gatherings and verify clean-up after authorized parties/gatherings.
- Put up and take down event postings provided by on-site assistant manager
At least hourly
- Check, spot clean/sanitize pool/spa and pool deck
- Check restrooms and shower areas, including to pickup paper towels and replace towels and toilet paper as needed
- Ensure that the furniture and misc. deck/patio items are orderly.
- Maintain lost and found.
Plus other wrok related tasks as needed
Required Skills/Abilities
- Reliable transportation

- Excellent people skills and proven ability to maintain working relationships with supervisor, peers, residents, and guests.
- Good time management and organizational skills,
- Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures.
Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 45 Lbs., up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 10 lbs. constantly. Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
Pay = $17.00 to $19.50 hour - part time
