The Trailhead Clubhouse of Cordillera is located at the summit of Cordillera. The Trailhead is a community gathering space for social events, outdoor pools, and playgrounds in the summer. The saltwater pool, with state of the art system has two 25 yard lap lanes along with area for recreation and kid’s swimming. There is a kiddie pool which has a sloped “beach” style entry and water jets for play. The hot tub accommodates approx. 20 adults.

We are looking for a dedicated customer service-oriented Pool Attendant to join our team! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for homeowners upon Pool entry
• Ensure all homeowners and guests sign in upon entry to the Pool
• Is up-to-date and has knowledge of all fitness classes, their descriptions and can assist homeowners with questions
• Has general knowledge of and can assist homeowners with handing out towels
• Keeps abreast of community calendar and events to answer questions and assist homeowners
• Daily operating procedures, paying close attention to the details of the Trailhead in regard to cleanliness/organization/walkthrough/attending the pool
• Problem solves/resolves homeowner issues within authoritative level--directs bigger issues to upper management
• Takes initiative and prefers a team-oriented work environment
• Knows and helps Manager to manage rules and regulations, including guest policy
• Plus other work relates tsaks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• Customer service experience
• A 5-star attitude and warm, friendly personality; outgoing without being overbearing, possessing a pleasant and caring manner with everyone
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English; to follow oral and written instructions and to memorize necessary information
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work rapidly and quietly during rush periods
• A team player able to work well with others
• Organized and proactive with great attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Detail-oriented, willing to clean/tidy constantly, initiative-taking approach to job
• Prefers working in an intimate, team-oriented environment

Pay and Benefits

$21.00 to $23.00, depending on education and experience.
