The Rental /Administrative Assistant manages the rental program and provides support to the General Manager. This position is a key point of contact for Owners, Renters Guests and Vendors. The individual must be friendly, courteous, organized, detail-orientated and have the ability to multi-task. A “can-do” attitude is critical to success in this position. The position reports to the General Manger of the Condominium Association. This community is a beachside condominium.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer service greet guests, answer phone, and respond to Owner, Renter and Guest e-mails.

 

Manage the rental program

 

  • Brochures Make available, mail to prospective guests, and ensure information is complete and accurate.
  • Website ensure pictures of units and descriptions are accurate and complete.
  • Rental Software remain up to date and trained on use of rental software (VRM)
  • Reservations Make reservations for guests, mail confirmation/contract to renters, collect rental deposits and income.
  • Rental packets Prepare key packets and welcome packets for renters. Include Rules and Regulations.
  • Accounting Coordinate deposits and payment of rental checks, post owner charges and cleaning, prepare reports, provide owner statements and checks, pay vendors, print and review sales tax report and issue checks for sales tax.
  • Owner correspondence Provide feedback from guests, address repairs and inventory concerns.
  • Plus any other duties assigned by manager

 

Experience

 

  • Condominium Rental 2 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service 3 year
