Onsite Property Manager

Taylor Management is currently seeking an experienced Onsite Property Manager to oversee the operations of a large-scale community. As the Onsite Property Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the community and ensuring the satisfaction of the residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the community, including maintenance, operations, and resident services
• Ensure that the community is well-maintained and meets the standards set by the company and the homeowners association
• Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance activities
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships
• Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify any maintenance or safety issues
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure they are fulfilling their duties effectively
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement community policies and procedures
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Onsite Property Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Customer service-oriented mindset
