Responsible for performing maintenance assistance for pools and splash pads and to do repairs and maintenance throughout the property as needed.

Schedule - must be flexible - Full Time

Duties Include

• Maintain pools, splash pads and spas to ensure cleanliness and presentation are up to standard
• Use vacuum and net equipment to clean debris
• Empty or change pool filters and skimmers
• Check water for chemical levels
• Perform other preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
• Ensure completion of work orders using work order system
• General maintenance, janitorial and grounds work throughout the Community Associations as needed
• Periodic inspections
• Advising supervisor of needed repairs, improvements and safety issues
• Other tasks as needed
