Part time hours and days may vary. Candidates should be willing to work nights and weekends if needed.
This position will also be required to assist with the setup and breakdown of any events needed.
The Park and Pool Monitor responsibilities
- Inspection of the facility,
- Schedule for upcoming events,
- Spraying and cleaning facility touch points,
- Unlocking the facilities for instructors and facility renters,
- Setup and breakdown for events,
- Checking the playground equipment and reporting any repairs as needed,
- Cleaning up debris around the pool deck.
- Checking that guests have their CROA ID’s while at the pool, parks, etc.
- Plus other work related tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors,
Interact with people
Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional.
Ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with residents, guests and staff is very important,
Be able to read and interpret safety rules,
Team player, which will include substituting for other team members when necessary.
