Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities: Pool/Beach Attendant - Fulltime

  • Protect and ensure safe conditions for residents. Preventing accidents and eliminating hazardous conditions in the water and or surrounding areas are priority via quick emergency response.
  • When monitoring the pool / beach, it must be constantly scanned for any water participants who need assistance.
  • Adhere to established emergency procedures and complete reports in a concise and timely manner.
  • Observe and enforce all rules and regulations. Educate and inform residents diplomatically of this information.
  • Immediately notify management staff of any accidents, maintenance problems, or any violations of rules by patrons.
  • Complete daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual opening and closing checklists.
  • Complete basic maintenance practices to ensure a clean and presentable facility.
  • When experiencing down time, assist Club and/or Community Manager with facility up-keep and duties.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as requested.
  • Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities: Concierge - Fulltime

  • Responsible for answering the telephones,
  • Assists with booking dining reservations, show tickets and personal services
  • Meeting and greeting incoming residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Assists other employees with residents and visitors to ensure overall coverage in management office and deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others,
  • Support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
  • Always conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
  • Excellent people skills and proven ability to maintain working relationships with supervisor, peers, residents, and guests.
  • Good time management and organizational skills,
  • Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures.
  • Flexible schedule

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).

Pay and Benefits:

$20.00 hour
