Full Time position: 40 hours a week, days will vary. Evenings and weekends required.
The Park and Pool Monitor responsibilities:
- Inspection of the facility,
- Schedule for upcoming events,
- Spraying and cleaning facility touch points,
- Unlocking the facilities for instructors and facility renters,
- Setup and breakdown for events,
- Checking the playground equipment and reporting any repairs as needed,
- Cleaning up debris around the pool deck.
- Checking that guests have their CROA ID’s while at the pool, parks, etc.
- Plus other work related tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors,
- Interact with people
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional.
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with residents, guests and staff is very important,
- Be able to read and interpret safety rules,
- Team player, who will include substituting for other team members when necessary.
