Full Time Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company. Job duties will include driving properties throughout area, documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood.

$1000 Sign On Bonus Offered

• Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Compensation is per hour plus mileage reimbursement. Full benefits package available after 60 days of employment.
