Onsite Marina Team Lead - part time (CSTX2023-5383)

The part time Marina Team Lead will assist in the management of the staff, facilities at the marina and provide exemplary customer / client service

• Supervise team members
• Schedule team for proper coverage at marina
• Oversee store
• Verify and monitor authorized users only
• Handle minor service issues as needed
• Assist client with strong customer service
• Plus other work related tasks as needed
• Pervious manager experience
• Retail experience a plus
• Familiar with marina operations a plus
• High school degree or GED required
• Must be able to speak, read and write English, bilingual is a plus.
• Must be a proficient problem-solver.

Pay and Benefits

$15.00 to $15.50, depending on education and experience.
