Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Onsite Manager at TRIAD Association Management located in Ocala, FL. The Onsite Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management tasks, including homeowner and vendor relations, financial management, property maintenance oversight, and enforcing community rules and regulations. The Onsite Manager will also be responsible for coordinating and attending board meetings, overseeing an onsite team responsible for organizing community events, and handling administrative duties.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Experience in onsite homeowner association management
Knowledge of property maintenance and financial management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
