The Royal St Andrew is a high-rise residential condominium overlooking Sarasota Bay. We have 54 privately owned units with a very friendly atmosphere. The property has been well maintained by our staff and owners alike.

We are looking for a Maintenance/Houseperson to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of our condominium. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning common areas and performing light maintenance duties. This position requires attention to detail, an ability to work independently, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean lobby and hallways, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Clean and Replenish supplies in 2 lobby restrooms.
• Keep parking and entryways clear of debris.
• Perform light maintenance duties as needed.
• Check for damages and report any to the Property Manager.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Plus oTher work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing and Painting required.
• Experience with Cleaning, Locks and Gutters highly desired.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English. Bilingual a plus.
• Must be a proficient problem-solver.
• Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment or the public in general.
• Experience and skills with simple electric maintenance is a plus, but not necessary.
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Pay and Benefits

$18.00 to $20.00, depending on education and experience.
