Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Onsite Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the daily operations of a large condominium community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property’s buildings, grounds, and common areas to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and general building issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas including pools, fitness centers, and walkways.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
