Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician will report to the assigned Community Association Manager(s).
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pool Maintenance and Pool Chemicals
- General Handyman Functions
- Weekly/Monthly Maintenance Checks and Repairs
- Janitorial
- Maintain and Store Chemicals as per Regulatory Requirements
- Grounds Keeping
- Minor Repair of Equipment
- Pressure Washing
- Minor Pest and Weed Control
- Possible Heavy Lifting/Bending/Squatting/Walking
- General Construction/Demo
- General Hand Tool Operation
- Meet and Coordinate with Vendors
Administrative Functions
- Review and Complete Work orders
- Operate App for Daily Time Recording
- Obtain/Order/Restock Supplies
- Communicate Needs and Concerns to the CAM
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school gratuate or GED required
- Previous maintenance assistance strongly desired
- Able to follow through on directives and tasks
- Communication – Bilingual a plus
- Problem Solver
- Dependable
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Able to manage time between tasks
- Good judgment and decision making
- Computer skills (MS Office) are mandatory
Pay and Benefits:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
