Job Description

As a Maintenance Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our residential communities. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning and aesthetics of our properties, making them pleasant and functional places to live. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address issues promptly.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining clean and safe common areas within the community.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
