- Develop processes to insure objectives are efficiently executed
- Research and suggest improvements and enhancements for HOA
- Assist outside contractors on behalf of HOA and/or CAM
- Assist HOA or CAMs with bid process
- Support managers with work order process
- Meet with boards and mangers as needed
- Maintain knowledge of all maintenance aspects of the communities
- Enter service orders from the Director of Maintenance.
- Process/Audit Time sheets for crew members
- Ensure work is properly billed and appropriated to proper entities
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
- High school gratuate or GED required
- Previous maintenance assistance strongly desired
- Able to follow through on directives and tasks
- Communication – Bilingual a plus
- Problem Solver

- Good judgment and decision making
- Computer skills (MS Office) are mandatory
