Responsibilities

Lifestyles Coordinator: Assist the Lifestyle & Communications Director with the following, as needed:

  • Event setup, running of the event, and clean up
  • Assess inventory to determine and order supplies needed for events
  • Vendor management including negotiating contract terms
  • Booking and coordinating entertainment services before, during, and after the event
  • Solicit and manage sponsorships for events as needed to increase budget given
  • Provide input and assist with developing annual budgets
  • Administer sponsorship contracts and invoices through completion
  • Secure sheriff and or private security for events
  • Create promotional material such as flyers and verbiage for communications platforms
  • After training period, will be asked to create and run smaller events independently. Must be able to work within budget, book vendors, and plan events with community interests in mind. Encourage community participation by reviewing request from residents
  • Conduct surveys as needed to obtain resident feedback on past experiences or ideas for new events in the community
  • Administer the Special Events Committee Agendas and Meeting Minutes
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email inquiries
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

NOTE : Weekends as needed & Rotating shift

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree or higher

Qualified applicants are extremely client-focused and will display the following:

  • Ability to work independently or with a group
  • Ability to meet a high standard of customer service

The ideal candidate will have two years of professional administrative experience, and excellent computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Office, Adobe DC Pro. Experience in Canva, Monday.com, Square, and SharePoint preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

$40,000 to $45,000, depending on education and experience.
