Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The onsite Lifestyle Coordinator will oversee events and work with the HOA Board and various community committees to develop fun activities throughout the year.
This position is in the Rockwall/Fate area
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee recreation events to ensure that they meet specific goals, guests’ interests and needsand corporate philosophies
- Develop, plan, and implement enjoyable programs and activities for guests to promote fitness,wellness and enrichment.
- Keep records to improve future recreation planning, documenting guest reception andparticipation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Hourly position - $21.00 to $25.00 an hour.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms at an expert level.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
- Knowledge of State of local governmental safety requirements.
- Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a expert level.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 7 – 10 years of directly related or closely related experience
- 3 – 5 years of Community Association experience preferred
