Responsibilities
- Areas to be cleaned include Ballroom, Exercise Room, Arts and Crafts Room, Media Room, Fireside Room, Hallways, Lobby, all windows, Glass Doors, Tot Lot, Swimming Pool Chaise Lounges, Table Chairs and Tables and empty Tennis Court net waste containers.
- Restrooms to be cleaned and serviced with paper products and soap. Clubhouse and Pool area follow cleaning specifications.
- Janitorial is responsible for cleaning the entire clubhouse.
- Lobby Area- Clean floors, empty trash, replace trash bag, clean windows, dust all tables. Front office- Clean office, vacuum carpet, take all trash out and replace bags, dust all counter areas.
- Hallway by Lobby Area- Clean and vacuum all floors and carpet, clean glass table. Employee breakroom- Clean and vacuum all floors and carpet, clean table. Ballroom and Kitchen area- Clean floors, take trash out and replace trash bag.
- Cleaning of restrooms floors, mirrors all stalls, empty trash and replace bags, replace paper
- towels, toilet paper when needed. Hallways-Carpet vacuuming and moping.
- Gym- Cleaning all machines, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying all trash and replacing bags.
- Game Room- cleaning windows, vacuuming floor, empty trash and replace bag, clean all windows, clean counter.
- Meeting Room and Arts and Craft Room- Carpet vacuuming and moping, empty trash and replace bag, clean all windows, clean small refrigerator, clean counters.
- Front Exterior- sweep all areas in need of sweeping, take trash out and replace bag.
- Back Exterior- sweep all areas in need of sweeping, take trash out and replace bag, clean windows and wash down all glass tables and chairs.
- Pool Area- Empty all trash bags and replace, clean pool deck and furniture.
- Pool Area Restrooms- Cleaning of restrooms floors, mirrors all stalls, empty trash and replace bags, replace paper towels, toilet paper when needed.
- Pool and Spa- Test water chemistry and make necessary adjustments- vacuum and skim pool to remove debris.
- Tot Lot- Empty all trash bags and replace, clean tables.
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Able to work Sunday to Thursday
- High school degree or GED required
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
- Must be able to speak, read and write English, bilingual is a plus.
- Must be a proficient problem-solver.
- Work hours may fluctuate
- Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment or the public in general.
- Must have valid drivers license.
Pay and Benefits:
$19.00 hour
