Responsibilities
Job Summary: The primary role of the Golf Marshal is to provide a Great golfing experience for every guest by providing excellent customer service while maintaining a good pace of play. In addition, the marshal will assist starting golfers on time while informing them of the round expectations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify slow groups and maintain a reasonable pace of play.
- Ensure that all guests are adhering to course rules and golf etiquette.
- Monitor the course at all times by moving around the entire grounds.
- Constantly patrol course looking for ways to assist guests.
- Ensure the cleanliness and usability of teeing areas and the course in general.
- Maintain a high level of communication with each and every guest on the course.
- Assist in the staging of golf carts
- Perform reasonable tasks and projects as assigned by the Head Pro/Manager, Superintendent or Assistant Managers.
- Assist the Superintendent and greens crew whenever possible.
- Maintain radio communication with the Pro Shop at all times.
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
Must be able to work weekends

pay = $15.50 hour
