Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensures adherence to the community's policies and procedures outlined by the Board of Directors
- Strategizes, develops, and sanctions operational policies, procedures, methods, and regulations pertaining to general operating protocols
- Supervises all department managers, providing direction and guidance
- Takes the lead in formulating the annual operating, cash, and capital budgets, implementing periodic evaluations to gauge adherence to the published budget
- Prepares monthly financial reports promptly for submission to the Board of Directors
- Orchestrates the development of both long-range and annual business plans in alignment with association by-laws and policies
- Monitors the impact and efficacy of association policies, programs, and processes, recommending adjustments when necessary
- Ensures the quality of association products and services, striving for maximum member and guest satisfaction
- Safeguards all association assets and resources
- Cultivates ongoing communication with members to solicit input on association direction and potential enhancements
- Collaborates with the Board of Directors to devise and execute strategic plans
SECONDARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs, develops, and approves specific operational programs, procedures, methods, rules, and regulations in harmony with overarching policies
- Evaluates the activities of committees reporting to the General Manager
- Guarantees compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
- Offers guidance to the Management staff to ensure proper training, supervision, scheduling, and awareness of responsibilities among all employees
- Formulates, upholds, and disseminates a fundamental management philosophy to guide all association personnel toward optimal operating results
- Provides support for internal controls
- Undertakes other duties as directed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years Onsite managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required.
- CAI designation(s) strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diligent in meeting deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments within prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

Pay and Benefits:
$70,000 to $80,000, depending on education and experience.
