Responsibilities
Summary: The position of the Front Desk Representative is responsible for assisting walk in customers, accepting and tracking packages, processing front desk tickets, and document uploads with the highest level of professionalism and accuracy always. This position is public facing and requires extremely reliable attendance and professional appearance and demeanor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Night Shift
- Process all tasks as assigned including but not limited to front desk requests, parking requests, reservations, document uploads, mail, and portal registrations
- Assist customers by phone
- Updating and maintaining databases for electronic access systems (fobs, parking, etc.)
- Receive and track packages delivered to the office
- Return phone calls and/or respond to messages the same day or within 1 business day
- Provide resolutions and problem-solving to ensure a satisfactory outcome for the Homeowner and association
- Plus other work related tasks as needed

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Microsoft Office experience required
