Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

Provide excellence in products, services,cost controls and sales in all areas of the Food & Beverage Operation such as: Kitchen, Dining Room, Banquet Area(s), Patio, lounge,and Turn House. Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Assists new team members as directed by Club Manager.
  • Trains team members in the company's policies, procedures,and best practices.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the responsibility to hire, train, direct and supervise F&B employees.
  • Establish and maintain a F&B Manual, which reflects service standards,food quality production, portion, cost control, while conforming to State Health Department Codes.
  • Establish and maintain beverage procurement guidelines, Liquor Control Board requirements and observe responsible alcohol beverage service to protect from liability .
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas Complete opening and closing checklists
  • Prepare and submit weekly employee schedules and bi-weekly payroll summaries to the Community
  • Manager. Adjust actual schedules to ensure efficient use of employees.
  • Promote, organize and service F&B activities
  • Attend and participate in the weekly department and other period,ic employee meetings.
  • Plan, organize and manage daily activity.
  • Manage and monitor daily accurate activity and financial requirements, ordering of products, stock levels and monthly inventory
  • Conduct daily walk through to ensure the facility is safe and presentable and that courtesy and efficiency are being exercised throughout.
  • Protect the assets of the facility.
  • Operate within the guidelines, policies, standards and constraints as established by Evergreen lifestyles Management.
  • Maintain Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years related experience required
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Previous Leadership over a team of people in Food & Beverage required
  • Ability to work flexible shift if needed
  • Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 60 lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 10 lbs. constantly. Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.

Pay and Benefits:

$55,000.00 - $60,000 depending on education and experience
